The colors of the Greek flag are blue and white. And it's no wonder. Those are the colors of that country's perhaps most spectacular place. The name, of course, says it all Santorini. To those who have been there, the name always conjures up the blue of the sky, the blue of the Aegean, the blue of the hazy distant hills and mountains and, of course the blue of the church domes, in contrast with the sunwashed white of their walls. This particular bit of island land and cityscape is so classic, it doesn't even require the name. You know immediately where it is, Santorini.
