The Main Street of Wellfleet is iconic — old Cape–style buildings, the kitschy lighthouse on the roof of a restaurant. I’ve painted it with the early–morning light streaming down the street in order to capture its sunny, peaceful look before the busy, tourist–filled village comes to life on a bright August morning.
