Although Cape Cod's Provincetown is now a bustling tourist attraction, it still retains its histroic, fishingvillage look. Most artists paint it looking toward the West End and its iconic Pilgrim Tower. I've painted it looking east from MacMillan Wharf because without its signature tower it looks more like any other fishing village. Besides, the East End is probably most important to artists; that's where most of the art galleries are.
