Every Wellfleet artist has painted Uncle Tim's historic footbridge that's located smack in the center of the village - and so have I. This newest effort offers a somewhat different take from the usual. Looking back down the bridge toward the village at a very low angle, it captures the stark contrast between the dawn-lit floor and west-side railings and the much more shadowed east side, as a brilliant dawn sends morning light cascading down the tidal Duck Creek across which the bridge will carry locals and tourists alike later in the day.
