Dawn comes in the fours and fives in the early summer of Cape Cod. I love walking at these deserted hours along Wellfleet's hilly and winding Mill Hill Road, almost rural in its leafy quietness, yet virtually paralleling adjacent Main Street where the classic Cape Cod town hall and quaint shops will be bustling with tourists and traffic in but a couple of hours. Mill Hill, however, will still remain peaceful and beckoning.
